The Ministry of information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competition for the State Youth Award "Daryn".
The State Youth Award "Daryn" is held every year for the purpose of state support for talented young people for productive scientific, creative, public activities, as well as for high sports achievements.
The contest will be held in 10 categories: "Literature", "Science", "Design" and "artistic creativity", "journalism", "Classical Music", "public activity", "sport", "theater and cinema", "pop", "people's creativity".
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be awarded at the age of 29 years at the moment of completion of applications, which are the winners of international and Republican competitions, festivals and exhibitions, prizes and winners of sports competitions at the Republican and international levels, as a candidate, the activities of which are innovative and contribute to the development of the relevant industry and society in general.

For individuals, the award is called "Winner of the State Youth Award "Daryn", a diploma, an award and a monetary award are awarded.
The award "Daryn" is planned to be awarded on the day of independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
The Daryn award was awarded on the initiative of the first president-Elbasy in 1992. In different years, this award was awarded to 294 people from different spheres.
