According to the Model Regulations on Youth Resource Centres approved by order No. 444 of the Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 19, 2019, the YRC develops and implements youth projects and programmes within each of the main directions.
1. The goal of the project is to promote the personal and social development of adolescents and youth through the implementation of youth digital projects within the framework of the main directions of youth resource centers.
2. Terms of implementation: from September 2020 - within a year.
3. Geography of the project: all regional, city and district youth resource centers participate in the project,
4. Participants: young people aged 14-28, at least 30% of the participants must be from vulnerable categories of the population (NEET-youth, persons with disabilities, orphans and others).
5. Recommended algorithm for online events:
5.1. Conducting on an ongoing basis (at least once a week) the following events with a preliminary announcement on social networks (Instagram, Facebook):
1) Online quizzes on various topics through the site kahoot.it.;
2) Preparation of various interesting life hacks and their publication on Internet resources and social networks (Facebook, Instagram, vk, tik-tok, Pinterest, etc.) of YRC;
3) Carrying out on an ongoing basis various online events in the interests of young people through the platforms zoom, YouTube, MSTeams, Google meet, etc.
5.2. Conducting online events in social networks dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev and the 1150th anniversary of al-Farabi:
1) A relay race based on the works of Abay and al-Farabi (in this relay, several people passing to each other must share one piece);
2) A challenge from the works of Abai and al-Farabi;
3) Creation of photo albums and infographics from proverbs and aphorisms depicting Abai and al-Farabi;
4) Depending on the event and the anniversary, the use of the following hashtags: #Abai175 #AlFarabi1150.
5.3. Attracting reputable and famous young people (with various achievements in the field of culture, sports, etc.) to conduct quizzes, actions and events in the form of conversations with young people online.
5.4. To conduct various events online, the YRC is recommended to subscribe to a business subscription to paid platforms (ZOOM, Kahoot, etc.).
5.5. When publishing materials on social networks, use a single hashtag #JastarǵaQyzmet.
