Getting a service in a special zone
To obtain a driver's license in a special zone, you need to provide:
identification document;
certificate of a change of surname, first name, patronymic (in case of a change of full name);
certificates from the "Center of Narcology and Psychotherapy" on the absence of alcohol, toxicological and narcological dependence and the Mental Health Center (these certificates can also be obtained in a special center), as well as fluorography (you can be examined at the polyclinic at the place of attachment);
the original and a copy of the medical certificate form No. 083;
a receipt for the payment of a state fee in the amount of 1.25 MCI for the issuance of a driver's license; a document confirming work experience (certificate from the place of work) for assigning categories "C", "D", "D1", "Tm", "Tb";
the direction of the organization for work with the diplomatic corps of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for foreign road users);
the certificate of completion of the course and its copy (except in cases of replacement of driver's licenses and issuance in place of lost ones, as well as their replacement).
Duration of the service: no more than 2 hours.
The final result of the provision of the service: obtaining a driver's license or a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
Obtaining services from the traffic police
To get a driver's license from the traffic police, you need to provide the following documents:
a statement of the established sample;
identification document;
the original and a copy of the medical certificate on the state of health in form No. 083/y from the polyclinic at the place of attachment (a certificate can also be obtained at the Special Center), certificates from the Center for Narcology and Psychotherapy on the absence of alcohol, toxicological and narcological dependence and the Center for Mental Health (these certificates can also be obtained at the Special Center), as well as fluorography (you can be examined at the polyclinic at the place of attachment);
certificate of completion of the course and its copy (except in cases of replacement of the driver's license and issuance in place of the lost one);
previously issued driver's license (if it is replaced);
receipt for payment of the state fee in the amount of 1.25 MCI (you can pay online on the egov e-government portal.kz without EDS);
a document confirming work experience (certificate from the place of work) for assigning categories "C", "D", "D1", "Tm", "Tb";
for foreigners and stateless persons, a driver's license issued by a foreign state with a notarized translation in the state or Russian languages;
certificate of change of surname, first name, patronymic (in case of change of full name);
the direction of the organization for work with the diplomatic corps of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for foreign road users).
Duration of the service: no more than 6 hours.
The final result of the provision of the service: obtaining a driver's license or a justified refusal to provide a public service.
