Program Implementation Mechanism
«7-20-25» - is a social program (mortgage program) for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which provides new opportunities to improve living conditions for every Kazakhstani with affordable lending conditions.
- The interest rate on the loan is 7% (APR - 7.2%), the amount of the down payment is set at 20% of the cost of housing.
- A housing loan is issued in national currency. Any citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan who has income from labor and (or) entrepreneurial activities, and also does not own housing, has the right to participate in the program.
