Program Implementation Mechanism

The goal of the program – is to train and employ young people from the southern region of the country (Almaty, South Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, Mangystau regions) with an excess of labor resources in the east, north and west of Kazakhstan - in regions experiencing a shortage of personnel.

1. 1. Within the framework of this program, young people from the southern regions receive free education (at a university or TVE) in one of three main areas: education, technical or agricultural sciences.
2. 1. Dormitory and scholarship are provided during the study.
