Legal basis for the implementation of the program

  • Government grants are provided on a gratuitous and non-refundable basis to participants in the Enbek program who are implementing or planning to implement a start-up business.

    1. Applicants for state grants are participants in the Enbek program who have been trained in the basics of entrepreneurship under the Bastau-Business project or who have completed short-term training in the first direction of the Enbek program and who have not previously received grants under other government programs.
    2. Who can receive a grant?

      The project is designed for:

      • persons who have undergone specialized training in courses at Employment Centers;
      • unemployed (regardless of the fact of registration with the Employment Center);
      • self-employed persons living in rural areas and small towns;
      • How to get a grant?

        To receive a grant under the Enbek program (Bastau Business project), the following documents must be submitted to the Employment Center: (https://www.enbek.kz/ru/zaniatost/czn-contacts)

        • application for a grant;
        • ID card (kandas card) – copy and original;
        • ready business plan;
        • a copy of the certificate of completion of training within the framework of the Enbek program (Bastau Business project).
