Housing mortgage lending program "7-20-25"

Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 107 dated May 31, 2018 approved the housing mortgage lending program "7-20-25. New housing acquisition opportunities for every family."

What is "7-20-25"?
"7-20-25" is a mortgage program operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The program was developed as part of the implementation of the tasks of the first initiative "New housing acquisition opportunities for every family", announced in the Address of Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev to the people "Five social initiatives of the President".

"7-20-25" is a social program for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which provides new opportunities to improve housing conditions for every citizen of Kazakhstan with affordable credit conditions.

For the first time in Kazakhstan, a housing program has been adopted, designed exclusively for the primary market from a developer, whom the participant of the program chooses himself.

The operator of the 7-20-25 program is JSC Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund.

Who can participate in the program?
A housing loan is issued in the national currency, and any citizen of Kazakhstan who has income from labor and (or) business activities, as well as who does not have housing on the right of ownership, has the right to participate in the program.

Why is the 7-20-25 program profitable?
The 7-20-25 program is currently a profitable mortgage program with a low interest rate on the loan – 7% (GESV - 7.2%), the amount of the initial payment is determined in the amount of 20% of the cost of housing (the maximum cost of housing is 25 million tenge for the cities of Astana, Almaty (including suburban areas), Aktau Atyrau, Shymkent, 20 million tenge for Karaganda and 15 million tenge for other regions), the loan repayment period has been increased to 25 years. The borrower is not charged a fee for the provision and maintenance of the loan.

As well as insurance of collateral and life of the borrower is not mandatory, if necessary, insurance, all costs must be borne by the bank that issues the loan.

To receive a loan under the 7-20-25 program, an individual must meet the following requirements:
Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The absence of housing on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the right of ownership
The presence of a permanent confirmed income from entrepreneurial or labor activity
Lack of mortgage loans
Partner banks of the 7-20-25 program
Anyone wishing to receive a loan under the 7-20-25 program can apply to Partner Banks with which Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC has cooperation agreements:
