How to get a medical examination?

After successfully completing the attachment process to the outpatient clinic, you can access the necessary medical services, including: doctor’s appointments . You must contact your doctor (local therapist).

Sign up via: egov.kz

1. Register or log in on the portal;
2. Select the «Healthcare» tab and choose the service «make an Appointment»;
3. Fill in the electronic request gaps.

Service term: not more than 30 minutes.
