Involving unemployed citizens in active measures to promote employment

Legal basis

According to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
«on employment» - people in their working age who are not in labor relationships and have no work income for reasons beyound their control are known as “unemployed citizens”. They are looking for work and are willing to work.

The way to send unemployed citizens to participate in active employment promotion measures.

1. The Employment Center requires the unemployed to register ( see the subsection “I lost my job”. (see the subsection “I lost my job”)
2. The unemployed will have access to active employment promotion measures.
