How many young entrepreneurs have received preferential loans and gratuitous grants this year

Today, at an expanded meeting of the AMANAT party faction, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikhan Smailov informed about the implementation of a Comprehensive employment plan, BaigeNews reports.kz with reference to the government.According to Smailov, currently more than 600 thousand people are employed in new, vacant and state–subsidized jobs, half of them are young people.


"The President's instruction on youth employment and socially vulnerable segments of the population occupies a special place. The age of young people has been increased from 29 to 35 years, which opens access to state support measures for 5.7 million people," the head of the Cabinet of Ministers stressed.


During this year, about 9 thousand of them, including the socially vulnerable, received preferential loans at 2.5%, gratuitous grants and were able to open their own business.


"The task has been set to increase the wages of 1.2 million civil servants by 2 times. Therefore, we annually increase the salaries of teachers by 25%, doctors by 30%, average medical staff and other categories of workers by 20%.


Work has been carried out with about 2 thousand enterprises, as a result of which employers have increased the salaries of more than 1 million employees from 10 to 50%," Smailov said.
