Projects of young engineers of Kazakhstan are being implemented at the Allure plant

Cooperation between industrial enterprises and educational institutions in Kazakhstan is bearing fruit. A striking example is the young specialists of the Allur automobile plant, who worked in production during the training practice. Today they are already making rational proposals to modernize the process.

Kamila Naurzbayeva had an internship at the Kostanay plant in 2022. The girl admits that she has always liked the field of mechanical engineering. Therefore, when Astana IT University students were invited to practice at enterprises all over the country, she immediately chose the Allur plant.

"I really liked that I was given the opportunity not only to learn from the specialists of the plant, but also to offer my ideas. This is the only way to constantly develop. I came to practice, and after two months of observation, I suggested automating the work of the lifting mechanism. This will increase the productivity of the lines by up to 20 percent. I was not just listened to, but delved into all the details of the proposal. As a result, the plant intends to finance my project and implement it into real production. I was very happy that my ideas were so highly appreciated," says Kamila. 

One of the main memories for her was a meeting with the country's president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during the launch of Kia's small-scale production in January 2023. Now Kamila has completed her studies at the university and is already fully working at the Allur plant.
 Abylai Kozhikenov also stayed to work at the Kostanay automobile plant after graduating from Satbayev University. A common practice for a student has become an opportunity to develop his own project. He defended his thesis at the plant.
"I was practicing with friends. Our task was to write a thesis based on the production of Allur. We decided not just to observe, but to make suggestions. So, we have developed a project to optimize the car assembly line. And our idea was highly appreciated by teachers and mentors from the plant. I really like working at such a modern plant, where every employee can contribute to the development of mechanical engineering," Abylai said.


The graduation project was rated excellent. Abylai also stayed to work in Kostanay. Allur Corporate University says that a new generation of technical specialists is actively manifesting itself.

"Students now don't want to just come to practice for the sake of a mark. They make specific proposals and try to develop. And we, in turn, give them this opportunity. The plant receives new qualified personnel, and the guys build a successful career and develop the industry," Allur representatives noted.
