Methodological material «Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness», 2014

This methodological material was prepared with the support of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to clarify the basic provisions of the programme «Rukhani Zhangyru: One Goal. One way. One future». The material examines the main elements of the modernization of public consciousness: competitiveness, pragmatism, openness of consciousness, evolutionary development, national identity, the cult of knowledge, which can become factors of the nation's success and accelerate the entry of Kazakhstan into the top thirty competitive countries of the world.
