From June 10 to 12, the republican seminar-training \u201cSchool of State Youth Policy\u201d for employees of Youth Resource Centers was held in the city of Aktobe. The event was organized by the Scientific and Research Center \u201cYouth\u201d with the support of the Committee for Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/span><\/p>

About 40 specialists from Youth Resource Centers representing 10 regions of Kazakhstan took part in the seminar. Over the course of three days, participants enhanced their professional competencies in the implementation of youth policy, explored approaches to working with young people, and improved their skills in effective communication, self-presentation, and public speaking. Special attention was given to practical skills in implementing digital solutions and artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency, automate processes, and support analytical work.<\/span><\/p>

The opening of the seminar was attended by the Director of the Scientific and Research Center \u201cYouth,\u201d Gulishan Nakhbayeva, and the Head of the Youth Policy Department of Aktobe Region, Alimbek Turaliev, who wished participants productive work and professional growth.<\/span><\/p>

On the first day, journalist and media manager Makhabbat Esen delivered a lecture dedicated to youth engagement and data-driven decision-making. After the educational session, participants were offered a tour of key cultural and sports facilities in the city of Aktobe.<\/span><\/p>

Training continued under the guidance of Gulshat Kalbayeva, Head of the Educational and Methodological Department of the \u201cCyber.formula3\u201d school. The program focused on the application of artificial intelligence and modern digital tools in youth work.<\/span><\/p>

During the seminar, participants comprehensively studied modern methods and tools of youth engagement, reinforcing theoretical knowledge through practical assignments.<\/span><\/p>

It should be noted that this seminar is being implemented for the second time this year: the first stage was held in the Abai Region. A total of five three-day seminars are planned, with the next session scheduled for July 22\u201324 in the city of Konaev.<\/span><\/p>

Currently, there are 235 Youth Resource Centers operating in Kazakhstan, providing young people with informational, advisory, legal, psychological, and social support services.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
