The professional and life skills training program was developed by order of the Bolashak Corporate Foundation for the West Kazakhstan Region with the support of the Youth Research Center under the grant "Development and implementation of measures for the socialization of youth not involved in the educational process and employment" of the NGO "Center for Support of Civil Initiatives" of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The purpose of the program is to provide mentoring support to young people of the NEET category for the development of skills that contribute to employment and the realization of intellectual, sports and creative potential. The program is presented in the form of a 21-day marathon, which must be completed by a young participant of the NEET category with the support of a mentor, in order to adapt to the labor market and master "soft skills". The program will be of interest to employees of youth resource centers, employees of youth non-governmental organizations and social services, teachers, organizations and specialists involved in the development of youth of the NEET category.
