In our previous post, we looked at which sources young people trust the most. Following up on that topic, here are the results of a survey by the Research Center «Youth» showing exactly how young people double-check information when they doubt its accuracy.
Kazakhstani youth show a remarkably rational approach to fact-checking.

- 62.5% check official news websites
- 18.4% search for confirmation on social media
- 7.8% do NOT check the information at all
Takeaway: The vast majority double-checks doubtful news against official sources rather than blindly believing rumors.
