A project to strengthen family values among young people has been launched

Today, an online briefing was held on the launch of the project "Institutionalization of measures to strengthen family values among young people".
The event was attended by the Chairman of the Committee for Youth and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shahmardan Baymanov, Director of the Public Foundation "En baqytty el" Kamilya Suleimenova, as well as project partners: the United Nations Population Fund in Kazakhstan (UNFPA), the Republican community of fathers "Kazakhstan Akeleri", the Public Foundation "Bope", the NGO "Janym".
The project is implemented by the public foundation "En baqytty el" within the grant funding of the Center for Support of Civil Initiatives commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"For the formation of strong family ideas in our country, it is necessary from today to pay special attention to the upbringing and personal development of young people.
It is especially encouraging that 72.1% of Kazakhstan's youth consider the family to be the main social institution in the formation of important values.
This project, aimed at preparing young people to create a family, promoting family values among young people, has been implemented since last year, " Sh.Baymanov said.
This year, the project will create a Republican project office for strengthening family values among young people, develop a methodological guide for providing consulting services, and open a YouTube channel with the involvement of specialized family psychologists.
In addition, it is planned to conduct training sessions in educational organizations for young people, seminars on conscious fatherhood, parenting.
